Subscription Terms and Conditions
Refresh Limited T/A The Beauty Boutique, registered office, La Petite Pommeraie, Rue des Varendes, St Andrews, Guernsey, Channel Islands, GY6 8TQ, and the member whose name and details are as set out above now agree to the following terms and conditions which unless amended in writing shall apply throughout the term of membership;
General
1. In return for the member paying a subscription as set out below Refresh Limited shall allow the member the ability to book appointments at The Beauty Boutique Guernsey during its standard opening times, which are available on request.
2. The payment of the subscription shall entitle the member access to the listed treatments below only.
3. The first subscription shall be due and payable on the signing of this agreement. Monthly subscriptions shall be payable each month by direct debit.
4. All members are liable to pay all monthly subscriptions irrespective of actual usage of the facilities.
5. The member may terminate the commitment to pay subscriptions at any time upon giving Refresh Limited 7 days notice in writing. No refunds of subscriptions paid will issued.
6. Refresh Limited, reserve the right to substitute any of the treatments offered with an alternative if the pattern of demand requires it.
7. The member warrants and also represents to Refresh Limited that he/she is in good health and is able to all treatments and will not undertake a treatment that will be detrimental to their health, safety, comfort, wellbeing or physical condition.
8. Refresh Limited may expel members or may terminate the entitlement to admission of any member: (a) Without notice and with immediate effect if the member’s conduct, whether or not such conduct is the subject of a complaint by another user or group of users of The Beauty Boutique, is such that in the reasonable opinion of Refresh Limited, it may be injurious to the character, name or interests of The Beauty Boutique or is such that it renders the member unfit to associate with other users of The Beauty Boutique. (b) By notice in writing if any part of the annual subscription or monthly subscription which is due and payable remains unpaid thirty days after the due date for payment.
9. The submission of this application signed by the member and the acceptance of the initial subscription by Refresh Limited shall constitute a legally binding agreement between the member and Refresh Limited.
10. The member confirms that he/she is over 16 years of age and that, having understood the terms of this contract and agrees to abide by them.
Waxing Subscription
1. Your subscription includes all of the following treatments; Full leg wax, Half leg wax, Eyebrow wax, Underarm wax, Forearm wax, Bikini wax, Brazilian or Hollywood wax and Lip or Chin wax. You can also have Eyebrow and Eyelash Tinting although you will need a patch test prior to your first tinting appointment.
2. Booking is easy, go to our booking page http://thebeautyboutique1.gettimely.com/book and select your treatments on the date and time which suits you. Next you will be asked to enter your subscription number which will be given to you after your first treatment.
3. You can book multiple treatments (e.g. leg wax, bikini wax and eyebrow wax) in your appointment and you can book as many appointments as you want each month. However you can only book one appointment at a time, this is to ensure that there is always a choice of appointments available for all clients.
4. Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. After this time there will be a charge equal to 50% of your monthly subscription. We don’t like to tie up a therapist who could be helping another client just as much as you hate extra fees, so please do let us know asap if you need to make a cancellation.
5. Your subscription can not be shared with other people.
6. To cancel your Monthly subscription fee we must receive written notification 7 days before your next payment is to be taken out.
Shellac Subscription
1. Included in your membership is the option to have:
- unlimited Shellac on your fingers
- removal of previous shellac treatments.
Acrylic or nail extensions are not included.
2. Our Shellac includes a dry manicure with a nail file, buff and cuticle neatening with Shellac application in the colour of your choice from our vast selection.
3. We have only included Shellac fingers in our subscription. If you would like add Shellac Toes to a treatments you can do for £25 per treatment (normal price £35).
